Good bye to a wonderful summer.
Congrats to myself for the best body, fitness, and health I believe I have ever had!! I had so much fun this summer finding new ways to stay active and eat well. I walked for miles at a time as I explored the city of Santiago. Struggling to find ways to fit, we would sometimes walk or run up and down the stairs of the hotel. At home in San Jose I took multiple classes at the YMCA with Kelly including aerobics, kickboxing, cycling, body flow, body pump, and total body conditioning. I would occasionally join Ryan in his new found interest (or obsession rather) of tennis. I had several hiking adventures with both family and friends. I went running with my daddy. In my free time, I would keep moving. Back in Irvine, I enjoyed time with my boyfriend by running hills, doing pilates, swimming, and going to the gym. Even when we went to go visit his hometown, we ran the "1 mile loop" he ran in his cross country days, only to find out it was actually 1.7 miles!
